In an age long past, a fragile alliance was forged between the warlord king of the West and the
daughter of the king of the East, who was prophesied to bear a male child destined to unify both
kingdoms. However, the Dark Sisters, Esther and Lorraine, corrupted the prophecy’s spell by
enticing the young bride to eat a bewitched fig. As a result, she gave birth to twin girls: Raiten
and Kendra.
Enraged, the warlord seized Raiten and raised her with brutality, leading her to believe that she
was abandoned and unwanted, while Kendra grew up loved and nurtured, with the singular goal
of building a thriving society that could withstand the test of time.
Transformed into a powerful warrior of vengeance, Raiten vowed revenge against her twin after
the Prophet Wars and aligned herself with the Dark Sisters of Illusion. However, her ambition
ultimately led to her downfall, trapping her soul and memories in a bottle and transforming her
into a mist-born creature. Now, alongside her enchanted warhorse, Rebellion, she haunts the
Mountain of the Moon, compelled to carry out the Sisters’ bidding and preying upon lost souls to
nourish their dark garden.
Despite her transformation, a fragment of Raiten’s former self remains, longing for freedom she
searches for the Auralite Crystal—the key to restoring her soul and rewriting her fate.
